Please look for the feast sign-up sheet. On November 25, there will be a Thanksgiving song performance by the kindergarteners in the multi-purpose room. Following the performance the children will have a feast. Please mark your calendars with the date. All family is welcome to attend!The sharing topic for November is Nursery Rhymes. Your child needs to memorize a nursery rhyme to present to the class. Please look at your class sharing calendar for your child’s sharing day.

This month we will:
- Begin Language Arts Theme 3-We’re a Family
- Practice letters Tt, Bb, Nn
- Practice High Frequency Words my, like
- Write in our journals using action words, family words, clothing words, lists, sequence words
- Our math language will include graph, patterns, alike/different, 5-groups
- Practice writing the numbers 6, 7, 8
- Complete the November calendar
- Continue our Science unit on Trees

Thank you for turning in your donations for our class parties.
Please send in a paper grocery bag by November 13. The
bag should be a regular grocery bag size, not a lunch bag. We will be
turning the bag into a Thanksgiving costume.
There is no school on Wednesday, November 11. We will be observing Veteran’s Day.
All children will come early on Wednesday, November 25 from 8:20-11:40. |
